Black Windows
No one does a black window quite like Steven Gambrel. I am looking very carefully at windows right now mostly in Steven Gambrel’s new book - out in April, pre-order on Amazon. I think he is a genius architect and I love the way he does his windows, not only the style of sashes that he uses but how he paints them. He often paints the mullions black and I really love this, especially when what you are looking out on is green.
My new place needs a lot of new windows. Both the sitting room and the kitchen are going to need them and a litte one in the bathroom. The image above is the sort of thing i am talking about.
